Oleh Borshchevskyi is a Ukrainian film director and screenwriter active in cinema since 2011. He made his feature debut with “Vlyublennye v Kiev” (2011), serving as both director and screenwriter. He gained wide recognition with the commercially successful comedy “DZIDZIO Contrabass” (2017), one of the most popular Ukrainian box-office hits of its time. His filmography also includes titles such as “Nympho” (2013) and the recent feature “December 31st Express” (2024). In addition to his work in cinema, he has directed numerous music videos for leading Ukrainian artists and has been involved in television productions. He is a member of the European Film Academy and continues to develop film projects in Ukraine and in international co-productions.
