The lives of several apartment neighbors are turned upside down when a 55-year-old lady named Doina moves in next door. Doina is a compulsive litigant who demands absolute silence in the building. Things escalate quickly when the neighbors decide to fight back.

Eugene Buica, an actor and director born in Bucharest and educated in the United States, is the founder of the renowned Los Angeles acting academy The Acting Crops and currently teaches film acting at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj. With experience on Broadway and in numerous American films and TV shows, he brings an international perspective and refined attention to performance. Together, they craft a witty, heartfelt comedy about urban life, neighborly tensions, and the fine line between patience and madness.
