Synopsis: A colorful romantic story about the folk musicians of Moldova - the fiddlers. Since childhood, two passions dominated Toma Alistar's soul - music and love for the beautiful gypsy Leanca. But in vain the young lovers fought for their happiness because they were separated from each other. The young man could not be separated from the violin. And he carried his violin on the roads of Moldova throughout his entire life as a memory of Leanca. And only before his death he met an old gypsy woman, in whom he saw the face of his unique love.
