Synopsis:

This workshop focuses on one of the least visible yet most essential aspects of film production: the financial management of a film project. Starting from the production budget, participants will learn how a financial plan is built and how it evolves throughout production to respond to new challenges and changing needs.

Participants will explore the relationship between the budget, the financing plan, and the cost report, discuss real-life situations faced by producers, and discover the tools that support informed financial decision-making while keeping a project on track.
